Anna Minogue: Psychotherapy

I am a qualified and registered integrative psychotherapist, have worked in NHS and voluntary sector settings and currently run a private practice in North London.

As an integrative psychotherapist I draw on a range of frameworks including humanistic, attachment based and psychodynamic approaches to work toward a joint understanding and resolution of the individuals’ predicament.

Common presenting issues include anxiety and fear, depression and hopelessness, grief, anger, relationship problems, enduring pain from the past, trauma, loneliness and alienation.

I have a special interest in working with persons experiencing psychosis and bi polar mood variations, and those with complex emotional problems.

Related to this is my particular interest in working with those seeking psychological and social understandings of their predicament, in addition to, or as an alternative to purely medical, biological approaches.
